The Holly Hawg Special is a big worm that was designed to catch huge bass.  Measuring over 7 ½ inches long, the worm features deep ribs that give the worm absolutely incredible action.  The deep ribs also trap air bubbles that attract bass and slow the fall of the worm.  The small paddle tail creates just enough water displacement to be another strike attractor for finicky bass.  

This Pondbuster original was designed and developed for tournament angler Shawn Holly of Council Bluffs, IA.  Holly fishes many tournaments throughout the country, but mostly fishes tournaments in the Midwest.  Shawn has a reputation locally of simply dominating the competition on many lakes in his area.

Shawn is currently testing this new design and will most definitely be putting the hurts on the competition even more now that he has this ultimate big bass worm in his huge arsenal of deadly baits.

These worms are excellent on a Texas rig and very effective on a Carolina or Mojo rig.
