Our club focus is on fishing bass tournaments. Many of the members fish other tournaments throughout the year. They all think Winter is the longest season and get real itchy for Spring. Our club has helped in the past with the kids fishing day put on by the State in the Milligan/Beatrice area. This year we helped with the brushing project and fun was had by all. It was nice to see the organization of clubs and state combined. That pretty much sums up Milligan Bass... we are known for having a good time following any tournament.

We currently have 13 members, with 7 of them owning their own boats. We are looking for new members at this time, especially more non-boaters. Please contact us for more information about our club.

We have one big meeting a year and it's usually held in January or February before the sports show. The meeting is usually held in Lincoln at one of the member's house. Our club tournaments are set at that time and we go over club information gathered by the director (Dennis). Our club president, Roger Coleman heads the meeting and keeps the guys on track. An informal meeting is held after each club tournament.
